After the products have been checked for fiber integrity in the alphaFLOW®Basic, they must be dried. This is done in the alphaMICRO®.
A combination of microwave radiation and hot air support is used. This ensures that drying is as effective and gentle as possible. An innovative sensor system ensures that each individual product is only dried for as long as necessary. The products are loaded and unloaded manually.
