Alpha Plan is an expert in membrane technology - especially for poly(ether)sulfone-based hollow fibers - as well as in all the necessary manufacturing and process technologies for module housings, connectors, etc. This enables us to meet even the most complex requirements in terms of size, geometry and material.
Thanks to our highly qualified production teams and our quality assurance, we can guarantee high process stability and reproducibility. Production takes place in a clean room under controlled manufacturing conditions, in accordance with the ISO-14644-1 Class 8 standard in the central production area and ISO-14644-1 Class 6 at the laminar flow workstation.

However, if only a few special prototypes or a pre-series of the product is required, such as for market acceptance testing, then an automated process is not suitable.
This is why Alpha Plan enables flexible and cost-effective production based on a project plan or budget concept. Together with the customer, we select the respective manufacturing method within the given budget.
Our highly qualified production team offers a module that is just as precise and reproducible as it will be later in a semi-automated or automated process. You will hardly see any difference in how the module has been manufactured.
