Filter assembly - systems

Alpha Plan supplies customized production lines for the assembly of membrane-based filters. The portfolio ranges from individual process technology systems to complete automation solutions for production.

Our service includes installation, commissioning and production start-up of the production line. We also offer additional services such as project management, service and consulting as well as technology transfer. We ensure smooth routine operation after completion through upgrades and after-sales services as well as the optimization of existing lines.

Fiber potting

alphaCUT®, Fiber cutting & Cap assembly machine from Alpha Plan. In the alphaCUT®, the filter cartridge is cut to the final size. After removing the potting caps, the previously sealed and potting hollow fiber membranes are opened by several cutting operations.
